FoodCycler

The Township of Wentworth is proud to participate in the FoodCycler pilot program. This unit is a compact food recycler that reduces food waste and eliminates ordors, making it ideal for indoor use.

Would you like to have your own? Here are the program details :

Thanks to a grant from the Township of Wentworth, you could obtain a FoodCycler at a reduced price :

Foodcycler Eco 5 - 5 liter capacity at a cost of $300
Foodcycler FC-30 - 2.5 liter capacity at a cost of $150

Only 50 FoodCyclers are available. To determine who gets a FoodCycler, we will operate on a "First come, first served" basis.

Finally, by purchasing this device, you must participate in the 12-week program between October and December. To do so, you will need to note the number of cycles you perform each day during the pilot period. At the end, you will receive a final survey to complete. Thereafter, you will keep your FoodCycler.
