In accordance with the Quebec Municipal Code, the Township of Wentworth invites public tenders for the acquisition of goods and services valued at $25,000 or more.

In 2011, the Township of Wentworth adopted a contract management policy (french only) designed to ensure healthy competition.

Complaints Procedure

In accordance with section 938.1.2.1 of the Quebec Municipal Code, the Township of Wentworth has established a procedure for the receipt and examination of complaints made in connection with the awarding of a contract following a public tender or the awarding of a sole-source contract involving an expenditure equal to or greater than the minimum threshold for a public tender.
