As of June 1, 2026, the 310‑4141 and *4141 numbers used for non‑emergency calls will be gradually phased out across Quebec.

 What should you do?

Emergency: always dial 9‑1‑1

Non‑emergency situation: contact your local police station directly

This transition will improve call handling and emergency location services. The old numbers will remain active during the transition period.
