National Arbor Day

Citizen informationThis week, the Township of Wentworth celebrated National Arbor Day. To mark the occasion, the public works team planted trees.
Here are the species selected:
- Alberta dwarf spruce and white spruce
- Norway maple
- Carolina hornbeam
- Fruit trees (apple, pear, plum, raspberry)
- Blue-beech
- Blueberry and rhubarb plants
In total, some thirteen trees have been added near the town hall.
